Blessing of the Animals 2008

On a beautiful day in October, almost 30 dogs, one very nervous cat and their people gathered with Fr. Tom Heck at St. Finbarr for a blessing.
This special time of thanksgiving and prayer takes place each year at St. Finbarr close to the date of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi (Oct 4) |
